How it works
- A Start People employee records a message with a question like "Are you available to work for Caland Foods between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM tomorrow?"
- The employee selects people to be contacted and supplies the list to ASK
- ASK simultaneously calls the people using multiple telephone lines and plays the message to them
- The person called can respond by keying 1 to accept or 2 to decline the offer
- ASK displays the results in real time. When the required number of people have accepted, ASK ends the process
As you may imagine, the agency employee saves an enormous amount of time by not having to wait for people to answer, leave voicemails or converse for minutes with people who decline the offer.
